Cieza City Council has organized an open day for this Monday, March 27, at the renovated CICOLA space (located in the food market, accessed via Reyes Católicos Street) with the aim of highlighting these facilities, developed within the EDUSI Integrated Sustainable Development Strategic Plan and financed with European ERDF funds.

During the day, a ham carving course will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., taught by master ham cutter Alejandro Morcillo and aimed at professionals in the hospitality industry.

In the afternoon, starting at 6 p.m., the CICOLA space will reopen its doors for a tasting of typical products from the municipality, open to the general public. A wide variety of products can be sampled, thanks to the collaboration of the Las Delicias bakery.
