On the occasion of the festivity of Corpus Christi this Sunday, June 11, the Solemn Eucharist will be celebrated at 6:00 p.m. in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, officiated by Mr. José Antonio García López, Counselor of the Board of Passion Brotherhoods of Cieza, and the subsequent parade of the float carrying the Blessed Sacrament at 7:15 p.m. through the streets of Cieza.
The Parish of the Assumption requests that, to the extent possible, balconies be decorated with hangings or shawls, whichThe passage of the Eucharist can offer you rose petals from your home, may it be a moment of joy and jubilation for everyone with the neighbors of #Cieza.
All children who received their First Communion this year are also invited to accompany the Blessed Sacrament dressed in their First Communion finery. The procession will pass through the following streets: Plaza Mayor, Cid, La Parra, Plaza del Comisario, Rincón de los Pinos, Larga, Buitragos, San Sebastián, Mesones, Angostos, Tercia, Santo Cristo, Cánovas del Castillo, Barco, Diego Tortosa, San Pedro and Plaza Mayor.
