A difficult match for our girls, facing the competition leader with injuries. The match featured high defensive intensity, broken by the home team's quick counterattacks that the Cieza team couldn't stop. Wolves Molina held a comfortable lead, winning 72-36. In the afternoon, the other women's team, SAORÍN FEMALE CADET ADVISORY They faced the best team in the group, Ucam B. The Murcia players quickly broke the deadlock with immaculate 3-point shooting, taking a 15-point lead at the end of the first quarter. The home team, far from letting loose, gave their all, but it wasn't enough against a strong Ucam. The final result was a 36-87 defeat. The next match is Saturday against Alhama in Cieza.
Saturday afternoon our traveled JUNIOR MEN Fortuna. The home team dominated the match from the start, physically superior to our players, all first-year players. Poor decisions by the Cieza players were punished by high percentages for the home team, who won the match by a clear 92-42.
Boys' Junior
On Sunday morning the boys from BOYS' CHILDREN'S They traveled to Bullas, a great match for a team under development, eager to learn and improve. The game was close for much of the match, but errors, typical of inexperience, prevented our team from fighting for victory, resulting in a 62-44 defeat. The next match will be on Sunday in Cieza.
Great game played by the MALE CADET against Calasparra, battling for second place. A close match, with great intensity from both teams. Small leads never allowed either team to gain ground, so much so that the match ended tied at 60-60. Overtime was a toss-up, and Panos' team lost 60-67. This defeat did nothing to dampen the magnificent season for this group of boys.
