The CEIP Gerónimo Belda school, in collaboration with the Regional Blood Donation Center, is organizing a major blood and bone marrow donation drive to save lives on April 28th.

The Gerónimo Belda Primary School is reinforcing its social commitment by organizing its 4th Blood and Bone Marrow Donation Day. Following a motivational talk given on April 13th by Dr. Jorge Pagán Ortiz, the students of Gerónimo Belda will carry out several activities to encourage local residents to participate in this charitable cause.

For example, schoolchildren will walk the streets of Cieza putting up posters and handing out invitation cards, becoming ambassadors for the cause. In addition to putting up posters around the city, personalized invitation cards have been delivered to local associations, sports clubs, schools, and various political and public safety authorities, and informational emails have also been sent to different
institutions, seeking the greatest commitment.

The charity event will take place on Tuesday, April 28th, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the school's sports hall. The medical team will be ready to welcome all citizens who wish to join in this act of selfless generosity. Donating saves lives; Cieza, life awaits you, because a small gesture of a few minutes can mean a lifetime for someone in need.

Donate blood, donate bone marrow and save lives.
