Cieza's Holy Week 2018 will be presented by Antonio Semitiel García, Director of Communications at the San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia, a role he combines with hosting the program "El Debate" on Popular Television.
This Cieza native has an International Master's degree in Communication Management from the aforementioned University, as well as a specialist in Media Analysis from UNED.
Married and the father of two, he boasts of dedicating himself to what he loves most since he started working at El Noticiero Ciezano and as a correspondent for the newspaper Línea at the age of 17. He worked at Antena 3 Radio, contributed to various regional media outlets, and directed Radio Cieza Municipal Radio Station.
He joined the management team of La Verdad Grupo Multimedia to launch and manage Punto Radio, and a year later Canal 6 TV. He later became Content Director of laverdad.es. Since 2012, he has been responsible for the Communications Department at UCAM.
While he is still savoring his recent 'Antena de Plata' award in the 'Best Professional' category awarded by the Association of Radio and Television Professionals of the Region of Murcia, he faces the task entrusted by the Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias of Cieza to present, on February 17th at the Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption, its Holy Week, a Passion Week declared of National Tourist Interest.
