The exhibition presented by the Hairdressing and Beauty students from the IES Los Albares, 'Women's Time: Women in Film', opens this Friday, March 9, at the Siyâsa Museum in Cieza at 8:00 p.m.
This exhibition aims to bring to its visitors a sample of iconic hairstyles from the world of cinema, paying a small tribute to the women who have dedicated their time, work and their lives with great passion to the particular world of entertainment. our entertainment.
The popularization of cinema created a tremendous showcase capable of reaching millions of people, spreading art, culture, escape, and entertainment. Since its inception, cinema has spread fashion worldwide through its great divas, becoming an inspiration for millions of women around the world who imitated their hairstyles and styles. It's no wonder we've all dreamed at some point about a character from a movie that brings back great memories and evokes other times and places.
Through the various works on display, the unique aesthetics of each of the films represented will be etched in our memory, with the aim of disseminating and stimulating precisely those memories we carry within us and, of course, paying a small tribute to those women whose contributions helped us and help us to have them and to transform society with their contributions in the political, social, economic and cultural spheres.
To this end, the IES Los Albares in Cieza offers a tour through the different stages of cinema, with its distinct eras, genres, and styles. This tour is aimed at audiences of all ages and backgrounds. This tour showcases the work and expertise of the institute's Hairdressing and Beauty students and the enthusiasm with which they have put into preparing this exhibition, which they hope will be enjoyed by all.
