On the occasion of the Day of the Cross, the Christian community of San Joaquín will celebrate Holy Mass and a procession of the Holy Cross adorned with flowers, followed by the Solemn Blessing of the Waters and the Fields at the Wire Bridge.
The day of the procession will be on May 3rd starting at 11:30 a.m.
The route is: Exit from the Corner of the Convent, Cuesta del Chorrillo and Paseo de Ronda towards the Wire Bridge.
Acts:
– 11:00 Mass.
– 11:30 Solemn procession with the Holy Cross adorned with flowers to the Wire Bridge, followed by the bathing of the cross in which the water and the fields of our town will be blessed.
This was followed by a shared lunch among the attendees.
