Once again this year, the City Council is collaborating with the Santa Clara and San José Obrero neighborhood associations to organize their patron saint festivities, which take place this week.

The Santa Clara neighborhood festivities are being held from this Monday until May 3rd, and feature dancing, contests, karaoke, performances, and popular food competitions. We congratulate the neighborhood association for its efforts every year since its inception to promote neighborhood life and offer activities and assistance to residents.

The patron saint festivities of San José Obrero extend until May 6th, with a multitude of concerts, markets, contests, and recreational activities for all ages, as well as charity events to help various organizations, "a commendable and grateful initiative."

"From the Department of Citizen Participation, we encourage the people of Cieza to participate and enjoy these festivities, reiterating our willingness to collaborate with all neighborhood associations to revitalize the life of the municipality."
