The Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) and the Brotherhood of Santa María Magdalena organize the “II Walk against Cancer”, with the motto “So that cancer doesn't stop us, let's walk together”
The walk will be held on December 2, 2018, at 11:30 a.m., starting and finishing on the Paseo de Cieza. The walk will cover approximately 5 km, mostly along the town's riverside promenade. Both associations would like to call on all citizens to participate in this charitable activity, as all proceeds from the walk will go toward research and the fight against cancer.
Registration for the walk is €5 and can be done at: www.santamariamagdalena.net and in www.famu.es, and in person at the AECC offices in Cieza, in Cánovas del Castillo, opposite the Cieza Holy Week Museum, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Each participant will be given a commemorative T-shirt, which they must wear during the walk.
