The Department for Older People will inaugurate its spring sociocultural program with 'Thermalism in La Manga'.

The Cieza City Council's Thermalism Program has the general objective of improving the quality of life of its beneficiaries, but it also contributes to improving the health of attendees, reducing visits to medical centers, reducing the consumption of pharmaceutical products, improving physical condition, improving mood and enhancing social relationships as well as avoiding isolation and loneliness.

This program is an instrument to promote active and healthy aging among the elderly population of Cieza.

Registration has been open since last Monday and more than forty people have already reserved their place to participate in the aforementioned Thermalism program in La Manga del Mar Menor, which this year will take place from March 29 to April 3 at the 4* Hotel Entremares.

Thanks to the collaboration between the City Council and the management of the Hotel Entremares, participants in the program will be able to access a package offered by this establishment with full board including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks included, open bar from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria, unlimited access to the heated pool of the hotel complex with water gym sessions, also including two accesses to the Carthaginian thermal baths, another two to the Wellness&Spa wellness circuit + a wrap and a Hydrojet massage.

The price per person in a double room is 210 euros. Limited places available, reports the Department for Senior Citizens.
