One of our country's leading pop-rock artists will be in charge of opening this concert series. Rulo y La Contrabanda will be arriving at the Flor Cieza Festival in the midst of a tour to present his new album.
An album that was recorded in Los Angeles (USA) under the production of Thom Russo, winner of 16 Grammy Awards.
It will be this Saturday, February 29th, starting at 6 p.m. in the Plaza de España tent.
