The company Toros Sureste begins its journey at the Cieza bullring, 'La Deseada', with a top-notch bullfight featuring mounted bullfighters on March 17th. The lineup for this event was announced by the Murcian businessman Ángel Bernal at a ceremony held in the bullring's horse paddock, attended by members of the media and numerous local fans.
The poster of the March 17 brings together three figures of bullfighting on horseback such as Andy Cartagena, Sergio Galán and Lea Vicenswho will face a bullfight featuring bulls from Manuel Santiago 'El Canario'. The event will begin at 5 p.m.
In his speech, Ángel Bernal thanked the bullring's owners, the López family, for the excellent state of preservation of the Cieza bullring, "because it's very difficult when there are no organizations to help or subsidize its maintenance," he said.
The businessman reported that, for the first time in Cieza, ticket sales will be digitalized, in the same way as is already done in the Murcia bullring, with a computer system that will allow online ticket sales, through the website. www.toroscieza.com.
At this presentation, moderated by Murcia-based journalist José Francisco Bayona, the businessman was accompanied by the Cieza City Councilor for Education, Manuela Fernández, and Carlos López, representing the La Deseada bullfighting company, who expressed pride in having a company like Toros Sureste organizing bullfights in Cieza. A large number of fans eagerly attended the presentation of this new milestone for the Cieza bullring.
Ticket sales at the bullring will begin on March 8.
