This Thursday, November 23rd, as part of the Atalaya de Cieza Club's cultural program, we'll once again be able to enjoy the screening of a new film at 7:00 PM, with free admission, while capacity is limited.
Some people live on illusions…
Navigating in a constant tracking shot through the landscapes of privilege and mundanity, this film impresses with the prophetic nature of Balzac's reflections. Not only are the commodification of information and sensationalist propaganda dissected, but it also takes aim at political corruption, the destruction of individual judgment at the hands of the tyranny of fashions and trends, and even at the phenomenon of real estate speculation. A cocktail of contemporary scourges that this feature film dissects in a relentless and hilarious manner, employing the brutality deserved by a reality, ours, headed toward the abyss of unreason.
