The State Meteorological Agency reports that storms accompanied by heavy rainfall may occur during the day today, Tuesday, and has issued a yellow alert.
AEMET indicates that rainfall can accumulate up to 15 liters in 1 hour and storms with high electrical activity.
The notice comes into effect at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m.
