Due to public health concerns related to the Coronavirus COVID-19, the Department of Circular Economy has implemented an extraordinary protocol, which began to be applied at the start of the week and will continue for the duration of the state of emergency. This protocol involves intensifying cleaning and disinfection efforts using the product recommended by health authorities, with particular emphasis on areas with high foot traffic, such as health centers, hospitals and SUPA (Primary Care Support Units), supermarkets and markets, ATMs, and community centers, among others.
From the beginning of this health emergency, we have been warned of the importance of personal and collective hygiene to prevent the transmission of the virus, and it is everyone's responsibility to carry it out.
Likewise, a special protocol has been established for the cleaning and disinfection of urban waste containers, with emphasis on those for manual use, in order to maximize cleanliness in common areas for citizens.
