Around 20 children between the ages of 6 and 12 and volunteers from the Caixa Bank Foundation cyber classroom, which the Las Morericas Municipal Senior Center has set up for computer activities, shared a very enriching experience this morning as part of the Navidalia intergenerational program.

Through various recreational activities such as games and crafts, the elderly volunteers have taught the children values such as respect, solidarity, integration, and environmental conservation, among others, reports the Department for Senior Citizens.

Throughout the morning, the head of this municipal area, Cristina García-Vaso, joined the children and instructors to learn about this intergenerational activity firsthand. She also personally thanked the senior volunteers for their collaboration and dedication.
