This weekend, we'll have a new film screening at the Aurelio Guirao Auditorium in Cieza, featuring the film "The Shape of Water."
In 'The Shape of Water,' which garners 13 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture and Best Director, Del Toro, who was recently accused of plagiarism for the film, embodies that fabled repulsion.
Synopsis:
In a disturbing high-security laboratory during the Cold War, an unlikely connection develops between two seemingly distant worlds. The life of lonely lab worker Elisa changes completely when she discovers a classified experiment. Guillermo del Toro's film stars Sally Hawkins, Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Doug Jones, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Octavia Spencer, and features a soundtrack by Alexandre Desplat.
