This year 2020, for the festival participants of the Shield Festival The Invasion It came to a screeching halt for the reasons announced on March 16th, when the Shield Festival was suspended for this year. But they couldn't leave it at that.
What motivates this group of people from Cieza is their heart and enthusiasm for this magical and special week. On the 17th, they announced a program of activities on their social media. These activities aim to bring a smile to people's faces and offer a brief respite from the daily grind that grips our country these days.
These activities, which are aimed not only at festival participants but at any resident of Cieza who wishes to take part, are intended to reconnect them with the sense of brotherhood, family, and friendship that permeates the Fiestas del Escudo (Shield Festival). The Invasion.
Many collaborators have wanted to join in some way this different week of the Shield Festival, among them the Musical Group We're in no hurry and the Maria Lucas Professional Dance StudioIn addition, the festival organizers have very gladly contributed their bit and will make these unusual Shield Festivals something special for everyone.
