Donate your blood on Wednesdays in January in Cieza

The Regional Blood Donation Center returns to Cieza every Wednesday this January (7, 14, 21, and 28) to hold new blood donation drives.

It will be at the Cieza Este Health Center, opposite the Bus Station, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Requirements for blood donation:

1. Age. Between 18 and 65 years old. This is a legal requirement.
2. Weight. It must be over 50 kg. This is a technical requirement.
3. HealthHe is in good health.
4. ID. Come to the donation point with proper identification. Ideally, bring your ID, passport, or other official document that includes a photograph.

Collaborate, your blood is always needed.
