They are requesting more lighting and cleaning throughout the old town of our municipality.
Some of these issues, such as street cleaning and lighting problems, were among the first to be addressed. The mayor reported that these were precisely two of the issues the municipal government had tackled first. Rubio personally inspected the streets where the lighting was being replaced during the first week after taking office, noting the "deficiencies in the project." He was accompanied on the visit by the municipal technical engineer, and they agreed to work with the contractor to resolve the lighting problems that were arising.
Regarding cleanliness, another demand the residents have been making for several years, Tomás Rubio informed them that the emergency plan recently launched by the government team includes the old town as a priority area, so concrete actions can be seen in the neighborhood in the coming days.
