The Capitol, in the Professional Circuit of Performing Arts and Music

Municipal sources from Cieza City Council report that the Professional Performing Arts and Music Circuit has 19 performances this month. The program, jointly organized by the Institute of Cultural Industries and the local councils, will bring the best of regional theater and dance to eight municipalities, including Cieza.

The Professional Performing Arts and Music Circuit, promoted by the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts (ICA) in conjunction with the regional municipalities, offers 19 performances in eight municipalities this October, showcasing the best of the region's theater and dance. The venues that have scheduled Circuit performances this month are Ceutí, Cieza, Cartagena, Jumilla, Lorca, Molina de Segura, Moratalla, and Murcia.

The Director General of the ICA, Manuel Cebrián, stated that "we have just published the Circuit's programming for the last quarter of the year, which this month includes nearly twenty proposals, the vast majority from professionals in the region's cultural industries. From the Ministry of Culture, we work together with the municipalities to achieve quality, stable, and continuous programming for the Region of Murcia's performing arts venues."

Specifically, the Professional Performing Arts and Music Circuit program begins this Friday with the show "The Magic of Television" by Abraham Gallego, at the Teatro Guerra in Lorca; and "Martirio Alba" by La Púa Escena, at the Ceutí Auditorium.

Performances and Theater throughout the Region of Murcia

On Sunday the 8th, you can enjoy Pupaclown's 'And then?.cataplán' at the Vico Theater in Jumilla, a performance space that will also feature Yampo Teatro's 'You had to be a woman!' on October 21. The day before, on October 20, Pentación presents 'Miles Gloriosus' at the Guerra Theater in Lorca.

The Capitol Theater in Cieza is programming three Circuit shows this month: "The Adventures of Bruno and Estela" by Pupaclown, on the 14th; on the 20th, "Trash!" by Yllana Productions; and on the 27th, "Pedro Cano, Pintura el Viaje" by Nacho Villar Productions.

Activities in Murcia capital

Murcia's venues are hosting seven shows from this initiative to promote cultural industries. The first is "Nacional 340" by Physical Collage & Sforza Producciones, on Saturday the 7th at the Bernal Theater; and the following day, "La luna en el jardín" by Teatro Silfo, at the Beniaján Auditorium.

On Friday the 20th, you can see "The Wisdom of Birds" by La Aye at the Guadalupe Auditorium as part of the Circuit program; on the 21st, "Until Death Do Us Part" by Inconstantes Teatro at the Beniaján Auditorium; and "Pancho and Lupe" by Ribalta Producciones at the Cabezo de Torres Auditorium on Sunday the 22nd. Yambo Teatro will present "Cri Cri Crack!" at the Algezares Auditorium on Friday the 27th; and on Saturday the 28th, the Murcian Dance Company presents "Sentir" at the La Alberca Auditorium.

The Trieta Theater in Moratalla is programming two shows in October: on Saturday the 14th, "Little Red Riding Hood, the craziest version" by La Murga Teatro; and two weeks later, on Saturday the 28th, "Tenorio" by La Cueva.

Finally, both Molina de Segura and Cartagena have selected a show for this month within the Professional Performing Arts and Music Circuit. At the Molina de Segura Auditorium, you can enjoy "La casita de chocolate" by Los Claveles Teatro on the 22nd. Meanwhile, at the Nuevo Teatro Circo in Cartagena, Flexión Teatro presents "La Toffana" on Saturday the 14th.
