Floración de Cieza will sponsor the renowned Mariano Rojas Memorial at the 39th Vuelta Ciclista a la Región de Murcia (Cycling Tour of the Region of Murcia, Banco Sabadell Grand Prix). The trophy aims to recognize the late Murcia cyclist, brother of José Joaquín Rojas, the current Movistar Team rider who will be participating in the race.
Following the signing of the agreement between the mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas Díaz, and the general director of the Vuelta a Murcia, Francisco Guzmán, Mariano Rojas's hometown will once again pay tribute to the man who was one of the most promising figures in Spanish cycling in the 1990s.
