The parish of San Joaquín announces the solemn triduum in honor of the Virgin of Candelaria, which will take place on the next days, January 30, 31 and February 1, beginning at 6:55 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary, the meditation of the exercise and the celebration of Holy Mass at 7:30 p.m.
On February 2nd, the Feast of the Presentation of the Child Jesus will be celebrated at the Temple at 5:30 p.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated, followed by the presentation of children baptized in the past year and a procession of Our Lady of Candelaria with lit candles.
In this regard, "the parish invites the residents of Cieza to accompany the Christ Child when he is presented by his parents in the church; especially the parents, godparents, and grandparents of the baptized children. Finally, a Mass will be celebrated at 7:30 p.m.," the statement concludes.
