A large and varied array of activities round out this weekend's program designed by the Cieza City Council for the Floración 2024 tourism project.
The 3rd Tuba and Euphonium Competition "Ciudad de Cieza" will take place on Saturday morning, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Carmelo Gómez Templado Auditorium of the Maestro Gómez Villa Conservatory. Also on Saturday, the 4th Open TPV in Speleology of the Region of Murcia, organized by OJE and the GECA Group, will take place on the Muro balcony, starting at 9 a.m.
Thader Kayak is also organizing a rafting trip down the Segura River on Sunday, March 10, departing from Arenal Park at 10:00 a.m. In addition, the La Era sports complex will host a classic car exhibition, also starting at 10:00 a.m. The March craft market will be held this Sunday on the Muro balcony from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Nearby, in San Bartolomé Square, the "Dances in Bloom" activity will be held at noon, featuring a performance by the Municipal Folklore School. Finally, Sunday will conclude with the "Sunset in Bloom" activity, featuring a performance by the Carmelo Gómez Templado band and the Maestro Gómez Villa band at 6:00 p.m. on the Muro balcony.
The Lucky Duckes concert scheduled for Friday night, March 8, has been postponed to a date yet to be determined.
