The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has issued a yellow warning for high temperatures, warning that temperatures could reach 39 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit) in Cieza and the entire Vega del Segura region, and 38 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit) in the Altiplano, Northwest, Guadalentín Valley, Lorca, and Águilas, between 12:00 and 20:00.
