The Plaza de Toros Soler SL company, headed by Antonio Soler, has announced upcoming events and the season ticket sales for the remainder of the season at the "La Deseada" bullring in Cieza.
A year that, adding the bullfight last March, will feature four bullfights, something rarely seen in Cieza for many years, especially in a third-category bullring. With this number of bullfights, it will equal or surpass the number of bullfights held at the region's leading bullring, La Condomina in Murcia.
It can be said that the events we'll be able to enjoy this semester are divided into two parts. Two of them, on the 24th, with the participation of rejoneador Diego Ventura, and the other on August 27th, for our patron saint festivities, the San Bartolomé Fair.
The third bullfight will be held on October 12th, which will commemorate Hispanic Heritage Day, and in which Cieza native and banderillero Antonio Cama will fulfill his dream of taking the alternative in his hometown.
The posters have been designed to pay tribute to the late great Maestro, Manolete, to whom countless tributes are being paid this year.
