SaborArte Cieza Gastronomy Fair.

SaborArte is Cieza's Gastronomic Fair, held to promote the Cieza Flowering Festival. This year, 2018, marks its second edition following the success of its first. It is a commitment to introducing local restaurateurs to regional gastronomy, focusing on the flavor of the land and the art of Murcian cuisine.

The second edition of SaborArte will have an additional day of activities, taking place from Friday, March 9th to Monday, March 12th. It will feature more than 900 square meters of exhibition space for workshops, presentations, and food stands.

Leading chefs and industry brands are taking part in these gastronomic events, where you can sample tapas, learn how to cook them, and savor top-quality products, among many other activities that we present below.

Also new this year is Flavor Art Training, where Students from the hospitality schools will have their own stand where they will prepare their tapas for the general public. #SaborArteCieza.
