Issue 32 of Andelma magazine is presented

The new issue 32 of Andelma magazine, corresponding to the year 2023, will be launched on March 20th at 7:30 p.m. in the Padre Salmerón Library in Cieza. This marks the 21st anniversary of this magazine, which tells us about the history of the Region of Murcia, our industrial, artistic, natural, and cultural heritage; the customs and traditions of our land; social and cultural anthropology; and news and travel information from the Fray Pasqual Salmerón Center for Historical Studies in Cieza, the organization that promotes it.

The journal features eight scientific articles by the following historians: the journal's director, Manuela Caballero González, History of Science at the University of Murcia; Julián Gómez de Maya, History of Law at the University of Murcia; Francisco J. Salmerón Giménez, president of the Center for Historical Studies; Antonio Ballesteros Baldrich, Urban History of Cieza; Juan Antonio Fernández Labaña, Restoration Center of the Region of Murcia; Ricardo Montes Bernárdez, honorary president of the Murcian chroniclers; Pascual Santos López, History of Technology at the University of Murcia; and an article on Historical Memory by José Luis Tudela Camacho.

This call for entries features a cover of a work about Cieza by artist Tete Lukas.

As Andelma readers already know, the magazine will be given away to all attendees at the presentation, and to mark the 25th anniversary of the Fray Pasqual Salmerón Center for Historical Studies, gifts will be raffled off among attendees at all of the activities held this year.
