Yesterday afternoon, the Cieza Local Police were alerted that a van had been involved in an accident when it left the road and overturned on the shoulder. The caller also indicated that the driver had not exited the vehicle.
Police arrived at the scene and confirmed that the driver was not injured and that the accident appeared to have been caused by the wet pavement caused by rain and other factors.
The driver tested negative for alcohol.
