The second lecture in the series "Decisive Moments in the History of Cieza and Abarán" will take place next Thursday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Padre Salmerón Library in Cieza.
It is titled "Cieza and the War of Independence" and will be given by Francisco Javier Salmerón Giménez, president of the Center for Historical Studies, and Magín Arroyas Serrano, a historian from Castellón.
The general poster for the series and the cards accompanying all the lectures are the work of Cieza-born artist Mariano Rojas Marín, a member of the Center for Historical Studies.
