Last night at exactly 00:48:05 local time, an earthquake occurred in Cieza and was recorded by the National Geographic Institute. It did not cause any personal or property damage.
The quake was located with its epicenter northeast of Cieza and its hypocenter at a depth of 10 kilometers, registering a magnitude of 1.9 on the Richter scale.
The movement has not been perceived by the population.
