Arrested for robbery with intimidation
At around 2 p.m. this Tuesday, the Cieza Local Police received a call reporting a robbery at a telephone business. The alleged perpetrator was apparently being held by three individuals.
The officers immediately arrived to verify the truth of the report and arrested the perpetrator, who offered no resistance. During the search, they recovered the stolen money, approximately €1,705, and the knife he allegedly used to commit the robbery.
We would like to thank these three citizens for their actions, one of them a local police officer from the municipality of Jumilla and the other a firefighter, both off duty.
