A new tool that the City Council is providing to Ciezan businesses and industry as a means to join forces and advance job creation.<\/p>\n
The official launch of Cieza's Industrial Website took place in the Tennis Club halls this Thursday afternoon. Representatives from the municipal sector, agricultural cooperatives, and the local Industrial Entrepreneurs Association attended the event.<\/p>\n
During the event, the Councilor for Employment and Economic Development, Antonio Moya, reviewed the PDdL's history and explained the different sections of the new website and its purpose.<\/p>\n
For his part, Mayor Pascual Lucas explained that Cieza City Council launched the Cieza Local Development and Revitalization Plan four years ago. Through this plan, "through honest and frank dialogue with the Cieza Business Association, we implemented a series of actions aimed at placing everything related to the business world in the municipality and everything related to industrial estates on the political agenda. I believe the plan has been developed satisfactorily. After the pandemic hiatus, the plan we are presenting today was one of the last milestones we needed to complete the plan: the Cieza Industrial Website of the public company PROECISA."<\/p>\n
The new website is a directory of all Cieza businesses, a very useful tool for learning about each business's activities, as well as contact channels for establishing any type of relationship.<\/p>\n
The goal is to generate synergies between the various business sectors in Cieza to promote the comprehensive development of Cieza's industry and create jobs.<\/p>\n
The website is managed by the municipal company Promociones Empresariales de Cieza, SA (PROECISA), a local commercial company whose share capital is wholly owned by the Cieza City Council. It was established on December 21, 1998, as an instrument for the direct management of municipal powers.<\/p>\n
