Once again, the figures reflect its success: the Fair was warmly received by the public and industry professionals; we can confirm that all tickets were sold, and nearly 63,000 people consumed the Fair&#039;s visitors.<\/p>\n<p>SaborArte enjoyed another edition with great participation from local restaurants and the rest of the region, as well as cooking workshops, presentations, and exclusive menus. The councilor in charge of this event, Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez Moreno, says that &quot;the reception was so overwhelming and exciting at the same time. The success is the result of work carried out with great care, dedication, and clear ideas, since this fair not only puts the spotlight on Cieza, but also fills streets, shops, and hospitality businesses, which is vital to the city&#039;s economy, as we could see throughout the weekend.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Same venue, but even more enthusiasm than last year and even more experience. And it&#039;s thanks to this that, with each edition, SaborArte takes a leap forward in quality, bringing together leading industry professionals to launch a gastronomic event that promotes Ciezan cuisine through the stands participating in the event, as well as regional cuisine, as many of them travel from different municipalities to showcase their cuisine. Among these professionals, the head of Commerce and Hospitality has once again enlisted the collaboration of Rodi Fern\u00e1ndez for the organization of this fair, which, as L\u00f3pez explains, &quot;there&#039;s gastronomy here, but there&#039;s also a lot of heart. Otherwise, it would be impossible to launch an event like this from scratch.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Sponsored by Estrella de Levante, Aguas de Cieza, Coca-Cola, Fornet, Vesta, and many others, this fair becomes a reality every year, becoming the most crowded event in Floraci\u00f3n and the most eagerly awaited by the people of Cieza. It has already become a cult place for gastronomy and leisure, both for the residents of the city and for the hundreds of visitors who come to Cieza.<\/p>\n<p>Tapas, drinks, desserts, and much more delighted the palates of the thousands of people who attended SaborArte from March 9 to 12. Among them were very interesting offerings and major attractions, such as Ta\u00falla, winner of a Repsol Sun in 2022, Paco Rosa&#039;s high-quality beef steaks, FBI Burguer, third prize winner of the Spanish Hamburger Championship, and a boat full of oysters and seafood.
