This committed organization submitted the most favorable financial offer and has met all the administrative requirements stipulated by law, according to municipal sources.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The animal protection organization, in compliance with the requirements of the public administration, has provided documentation guaranteeing its technical solvency and that the service will be provided under adequate conditions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The public procurement process, which began in January, following a unanimous decision adopted by the Plenary Session, has concluded with the award of the contract.
