He began his career in coaching, managing teams such as <strong>Mule\u00f1o CF, CD Bala Azul and Mazarr\u00f3n CF,<\/strong>\u00a0in the Third Division. One of his golden stages was with the\u00a0<strong>Mar Menor CF<\/strong>, where he spent 4 years with the Mar Menorense team, with whom he played in the promotion phase to 2\u00baB in all the seasons in which he managed the El Pit\u00edn team, reaching the final in the last campaign. After those magnificent seasons, where they were one step away from promotion to the bronze category, he joined the Real Murcia reserve team in the 2014\/2015 season, with whom they finished second in Group XIII of the Third Division. In the season\u00a0<strong>2015\/2016<\/strong>\u00a0debuted in 2\u00baB with\u00a0<strong>La Hoya Lorca CF.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the 2016\/2017 season, Paco Garc\u00eda signed with the first team of\u00a0<strong>Real Murcia CF<\/strong>, in 2\u00baB, as the coach of the Region&#039;s first team, and it was a difficult experience due to the demanding nature of managing a giant in the category like the Pimentonero team.
