On Thursday, September 7, the commemorative events for the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Brotherhood of San Pedro de Cieza were presented at the Holy Week House Museum.<\/p>\n

The events begin next Tuesday September 19<\/strong> At the Siy\u00e2sa Museum, on San Sebasti\u00e1n Street, at 8 p.m., the opening of the exhibition "Brotherhood of San Pedro. A Path of Overcoming and Faith."<\/p>\n

The first of the prepared conferences is<\/strong> 'The Lament of Saint Peter: Tears as a Theme in the Baroque', to be taught by Jos\u00e9 Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez on Thursday September 28<\/strong>, at 9:00 p.m., at the Holy Week Museum of Cieza.<\/p>\n

The second conference<\/strong> planned for the October 5th<\/strong>, in the same place and at the same time, will focus on 'Palma Burgos. An artist between Spain and Italy' by Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda C\u00e1mara Salmer\u00f3n from Cieza.<\/p>\n

The great event, the Magna Procession<\/h4>\n

He Saturday, October 21st<\/strong> The Brotherhood will hold a 'Great procession'<\/strong> along the traditional route of the old town starting at 6:00 p.m., where the floats of Santa Mar\u00eda de Cleof\u00e1s, Sant\u00edsimo Cristo de la Expiraci\u00f3n, Santas Mujeres Camino del Sepulcro and San Pedro will parade.<\/p>\n

He Saturday, October 28<\/strong>, at 7:30 p.m., in the Ciezano church of Santa Clara will host a Thanksgiving Eucharist<\/strong> which will include a violin and piano concerto. <\/strong><\/p>\n

To conclude the activities planned for the celebration of such an important anniversary at the Capitol Theater in Cieza, there will be the screening of a video documentary and a concert of processional marches<\/strong> by the Musical Association No Tenemos Prisa, an event that will take place on November 10<\/strong> at 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Brotherhood member Abel Rubio Carrillo was responsible for creating the poster and the anniversary logo.<\/p>\n
