Primary school students in Cieza will complete this educational stage knowing
\nbetter the heritage, culture and even the customs of the locality. That
\nmade possible thanks to the 'Chito and Chita' notebooks, in which two characters
\nmain characters, a boy and a girl, teach the little ones the history of what
\nclosest to them. Ultimately, the main objective is for the
\nCiezan schoolchildren learn about local heritage and culture.<\/p>\n
They are being implemented in the classes of children from three years old up to
\nsixth grade during this school year.<\/p>\n
This is what the teachers from Cieza who developed the project in the
\nManuela Burl\u00f3 Moreno Room of the Capitol Theater with the attendance of the mayor,
\nTom\u00e1s Rubio, and the Councilor for Education, Mar\u00eda Turp\u00edn.<\/p>\n
In these booklets there are sections on typical gastronomy of Cieza, as well as legends
\nof the city and tips with information about the most unique places in the
\nmunicipality. The project was prepared by teachers Mar\u00eda Ramos,
\nPedro Salinas, Marta Garc\u00eda, Olga G\u00f3mez, Mari Carmen Camacho and Manolo from Cieza
\nToledo as a graphic designer.<\/p>\n
This team has explained during the event all the details of the project to
\nteachers who carry out their teaching work in educational centers in Cieza.<\/p>\n
During the presentation ceremony at the Capitol Theater in Cieza, the contents of the booklets were announced.
\nCouncillor Mar\u00eda Turp\u00edn has thanked these teachers for their work during
\nlong time and the mayor of Cieza, Tom\u00e1s Rubio, has added that "the project is one hundred percent
\none hundred Ciezano and the goal set is commendable, which is that, once
\nschoolchildren learn about local heritage through booklets and
