In recent months, the necessary procedures were initiated to change this situation, starting with the final registration of these lands in the name of the City Council.&quot;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The statement adds that, &quot;A few weeks ago, members of the governing team met with a business group interested in developing housing on these lands. We learned firsthand about the project these individuals would like to undertake. It was an informative meeting with no other purpose than to hear a proposal for development in that area of our city.&quot;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Urban Planning Department points out that, &quot;At no time has the Cieza City Council transferred or transferred the land to anyone. The land remains municipal property, and no license or permit has been granted for it.
