The Labor Integration Service (SIL) of FAMDIF\/COCEMFE-Murcia has
\nwith a specialized Office for Guidance and Job Placement of People
\nwith Disabilities (GOIL) in several municipalities of the Region, among them, in the
\nmunicipality of Cieza.<\/p>\n
The activities and actions that the SIL has carried out in Cieza are divided into 3
\nareas: guidance, employment and training. To develop these areas, the service
\nOne day a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., has been provided at the Employment Department
\nand Economic Development (INFOEM), located on the ground floor in the Training Room
\nNo. 3. Murcia Road s\/n\u00ba of Cieza.<\/p>\n
During 2024, the guidance area has assisted 105 people with
\nphysical and organic disability of the municipality and has carried out more than 990
\ninterventions, 40 more than 2023.<\/p>\n
Regarding employment, we have dealt with 94 companies and entities in the
\nmunicipality, managing 41 job offers and 438 placement procedures, which
\nwhich has enabled the employment of 32 people with disabilities
\nmunicipality. These data show that the FAMDIF\/COCEMFE-Murcia service has
\npositioned as a reference resource in terms of employment within the
\ncollective of people with physical and\/or organic disabilities from Cieza.
\nIn addition, in relation to self-employment, 4 users interested in the
\nlaunching of his business idea, which ultimately did not translate into highs such as
\nself-employed workers. However, registrations from previous years were monitored.
\nWith the aim of improving their employability, 83 people have been referred to
\ntraining activities, and 50 have initiated some of them. In addition, professionals
\nof the Labor Integration Service of FAMDIF\/COCEMFE-MURCIA taught in
\nCieza, at the Knitwear Social Center, the course \u201cWorking in digital\u201d,
