Local police patrols from Cieza and Abar\u00e1n, firefighters from the CEIS, and an environmental officer were dispatched to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>By 1:15 a.m., the fire was extinguished and firefighters were at their base.
