Last Sunday, June 8, members of the Siy\u00e2sa Basket sports club traveled to
\nVillanueva to celebrate its end-of-season meal.<\/p>\n
Without a doubt, this has been the most successful of the five years of this young club's life, achieving a
\nrecord in the number of federation cards, as well as the recognition at the regional level by the
\nwork done year after year.<\/p>\n
As a result of this work, this season the regional zonal championship has been achieved in
\nmale cadet category, as well as the prestigious San Javier tournament with our GRITA
\nINTERNET, the regional runner-up in the female cadet category, SAORIN CONSULTING
\nwas on the verge of the coveted title.<\/p>\n
In addition, magnificent results from VENTA EL GINETE junior men's team and IBERICOS VICTOR
\nGOMEZ, finishing second in his zonal group, and the girls from ASESORIA SAORIN INFANTIL
\nWOMEN'S team is one step away from qualifying for the semi-finals of the zonal category.
\nIn addition, the boys and girls of C. GREGORIO RODRIGUEZ made enormous progress during
\nthe season, laying the foundations for a promising future.<\/p>\n
Finally, DISMOLCAR SENIOR, a newly formed team, has surprised everyone with its
\nlevel of play, being the starting point of a promising future project.<\/p>\n
This progress in results has been possible thanks to the work of its coaches, headed
\nBy our sports director Panos Papazoglou, Juanjo Leon, head of the section
\nwomen's, Gonzalo Duarte, Patricia Ram\u00edrez, and two new coaches for the next
\nseason, Alberto Quijada and Lucia Sanchez. The board would like to congratulate them for their work
\nundoubtedly had a season that was very difficult to surpass.<\/p>\n
Nothing would have been possible without the board of directors made up of 14 people, headed by Juan
\nAntonio Morcillo, whose teamwork has facilitated the celebration of a multitude of events
\nand the performance of shadow work essential to sporting success.<\/p>\n
From the club we want to thank all the sports staff for the magnificent work
\ncarried out, always facilitating our work and offering solutions to the many problems
\nthat arise throughout the season.<\/p>\n
