The Blanca City Council has launched a double cultural proposal for
\nReclaiming retro video games as creative heritage: a round table discussion today, Thursday the 30th
\nin October, and an exhibition on November 1 and 2 with playable stations and materials
\nhistorical.<\/p>\n
The initiative, presented by Mayor \u00c1. Pablo Cano together with Aurelio Morata (co-owner)
\n(from the Hermanos Morata Ortiz collection), seeks to promote the culture of classic video games
\nas a multifaceted cultural phenomenon and bring it closer to the public with demonstrations and pieces
\ncollector's item.<\/p>\n
The conversation takes place today at 8:00 PM at the Water and Light Museum (Avda. R\u00edo
\nSegura, s\/n). Participants: Neftal\u00ed Escribano (moderator and president of the Association)
\nE-Culture and Leisure), the collector Aurelio Morata, the graphic artist and designer Francisco G\u00f3mez
\nFuentes (Fransouls) and Juan Francisco Hern\u00e1ndez (secretary of the Faculty of
\nUCAM Communication).<\/p>\n
On November 1st and 2nd, from 10:00 to 14:00, the Victoria Theatre hosts the exhibition with the
\nCollection of the Morata Ortiz Brothers. There will be six screens for playing and interacting,
\nin addition to video games, publications and bibliography that review the history of the medium.<\/p>\n
