The 100x100 Activation Program, launched in July, thanks to the collaboration
\nfrom the Cieza City Council, through the Department of Employment and Economic Development, and the
\nThe Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) is intended for unemployed people who
\nThey receive guidance and motivation to find employment from a "Coach", through a
\nintensive search for teamwork, with the aim of entering the workforce within a period
\nmaximum of 100 days.<\/p>\n
This initiative began in July and lasted 100 days, with results
\nvery positive for its participants.<\/p>\n
Of the 20 selected students who started the program, 15 people have joined the
\nin the world of work, in sectors such as hospitality, services, distribution, and manufacturing. Of the rest
\nOf the participants, 4 have started training courses, of which 2 are still performing tasks
\njob search to combine it with studies.<\/p>\n
Among the activities carried out in the program are: Definition Workshop and
\nRefining resumes, daily sharing of job offers received,
\nInterviews and contacts, filtering of Industrial Estates in the Area, daily Coaching sessions
\nTeamwork in Small Groups, daily Individual Coaching sessions, weekly monitoring of
\nperformance indicators.<\/p>\n
The participants also visited the SEF headquarters in Murcia, where they took part in the
\njoint 100% activation sessions and were able to learn the best tips from
\nHuman Resources managers from companies such as Linaza, Grupo Eulen and Zamb\u00fa.
\nFurthermore, they participated in the Regional Employment Forum organized by the SEF in Murcia, where they
\nThey visited the stands, sharing their professional profile with the various entities and companies there.
