The Regional Blood Donation Center returns to Cieza every Wednesday this January (7, 14, 21, and 28) to hold new blood donation drives.<\/p>\n

It will be at the Cieza Este Health Center, opposite the Bus Station, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Requirements for blood donation:<\/p>\n

  1. Age.<\/strong>\u00a0Between 18 and 65 years old. This is a legal requirement.<\/li>\n
  2. Weight<\/strong>. It must be over 50 kg. This is a technical requirement.<\/li>\n
  3. Health<\/strong>He is in good health.<\/li>\n
  4. ID<\/strong>. Come to the donation point with proper identification. Ideally, bring your ID, passport, or other official document that includes a photograph.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
