The program, prepared by the Department of Festivities, will take place from February 14th to 17th. Four days dedicated to these very popular celebrations, which are becoming increasingly spectacular and popular among the residents of Cieza.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The festivities will begin on February 14th at 5:00 PM with the grand carnival parade, culminating in the Plaza de Espa\u00f1a with the awards ceremony for the winning troupes.
