It will be given by Pedro Costa Morata, a telecommunications engineer with a degree in Information Sciences and a PhD in Political Science and Sociology from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>The debate will take place in the hall of the Atalaya-Ateneo de la Villa Club on Pablo Iglesias Street in Cieza.
