Two students from Cieza and Abar\u00e1n, specifically Luisa Morcillo Salmer\u00f3n from Cieza and Lucas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez S\u00e1nchez from Abar\u00e1n, were the national winners of the "A Constitution for All" competition, sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport to encourage reflection on the value and importance of the Constitution among Spanish students.<\/p>\n
The Minister of Education, Youth, and Sports, Adela Mart\u00ednez-Cach\u00e1, congratulated the two students, from schools in Abar\u00e1n and Cieza, who received awards in the Primary Education category.<\/p>\n
Mart\u00ednez-Cach\u00e1 will present the awards next Thursday, December 14, at a ceremony in the Congress of Deputies in Madrid, presided over by the Minister of Education, Culture, and Sports, \u00cd\u00f1igo M\u00e9ndez de Vigo, and the President of Congress, Ana Pastor.<\/p>\n
Mart\u00ednez-Cach\u00e1 explained that "these awards are another example of our students' creativity and encourage schools to participate in national programs and competitions."<\/p>\n
Luisa Morcillo Salmer\u00f3n, a student at the Cristo del Consuelo Primary School in Cieza, won the B category, from 4th to 6th grade of Primary Education. And Lucas Iba\u00f1ez S\u00e1nchez is a student at the\u00a0CEIP<\/acronym>\u00a0The bilingual Virgen del Oro de Abar\u00e1n school won first prize in category A, for grades 1 to 3 of Primary Education.
