Alfonso de la Cruz L\u00f3pez S\u00e1nchez is a true Caravaca native as well known as
\nloved throughout the Region of Murcia for his long and successful professional career, which
\nHe is now over three decades old. So much so that it is not at all easy to summarize his resume,
\nfull of awards and recognition for his work in print, radio and television.
\nHe started at Telecaravaca and later became Head of Sports at Antena 3 Radio.
\nIn the Region of Murcia and Seville, Head of Sports at Diario 16 Murcia, Editor-Announcer
\non Onda Regional, Head of Press and External Relations of the Football Federation of the
\nRegion of Murcia and Communications Advisor in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the
\nRegional Government. In 2006 he joined the Regional Television 7 Region of Murcia, where
\nHe has been a Program Delegate, Head of Broadcasts, Presenter of the
\nprograms \u201cWith the day ahead\u201d, \u201cThe summer terrace\u201d, \u201cFrom land to sea\u201d and
\n\u201cPilgrims\u201d and Director of Special Events. His is the unmistakable voice that narrates
\nthe major events that take place throughout the year in our geography
\nregional, which are multiple and varied. Alfonso de la Cruz now has more than three hundred
\nbroadcasts on our regional television, of which more than a hundred are
\nHoly Week processions.<\/p>\n
But we are also dealing with a great party-goer, since in his native Caravaca Alfonso
\nde la Cruz has been a Kabile\u00f1o of Abul Khatar and Ceyt Abuceyt, King Moro, caballista de la Pe\u00f1a
\nMayrena, Press and External Relations Officer of the Wine Horses Band,
\nfounding member of the Company of Armed Men, First Deputy Mayor of Festejos and
\nTourism, Communications Spokesperson of the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of the Most Holy and True Cross and
\nFor more than three decades he has belonged to the Brotherhood of the Most Holy Christ of the
\nVolunteers, head of the Silent Procession of Holy Thursday in Caravaca.<\/p>\n
He has preached the Patron Saint Festivities and Holy Week of Caravaca; the Pilgrimage of the
\nOur Lady of Hope, in Calasparra; the Cultural Week of La Arboleja, the Festivals of
\nSpring in Murcia in 2015 and the Moors and Christians Festival in Murcia in 2017.
\nAnd in the chapter of distinctions, to mention just a few, we can highlight the
\nMurcia Sports Journalism Award; International Sports Week Award
\nof the Orchard and the Sea, in Los Alc\u00e1zares; the Golden Vine, in San Pedro del Pinatar; the Faba of
\nGold from Casa Men\u00e9ndez, in \u00c1guilas; the Gold Mask of the Federation of Pe\u00f1as del
