Following the postponement of the 4th Popular Race and 1st "Puentes de Cieza" Trail by the Cieza OJE (Cieza City Council), the race will be held this coming Saturday, November 2, 2019.<\/p>\n
This time, and as a major new feature for this event, the start and finish will be located at Esquina del Convento, the beginning of the Camino de Murcia.<\/p>\n
Test regulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n Art. 1\u00ba.- The Home of the Guide of the OJE of Cieza, in collaboration with the Department of Sports Art. 2\u00ba.- The test will be held next Saturday, November 2, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. Art.3\u00ba.- The route for the Absolute race has been established in 1 lap of the proposed circuit, Art.4\u00ba.- The route will be perfectly marked with a night beacon and will have Art. 5. Categories, Schedules and Distances<\/p>\n Art.6\u00ba.- All registrations may be made through the website www.famu.es, from the Registration can be done in person and paid in cash on Wednesday, October 23. Art. 8\u00ba.- The test will be controlled exclusively by the organization's personnel. \nof the City Council of Cieza and the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, organize the IV Race
\nPopular and I Trail \u201cBridges of Cieza\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nhours (Children's Tests) and 5:00 p.m. absolute tests in Cieza. The start and finish
\nwill be located at the corner of the Convent. The maximum duration of the test will be
\n3 hours and 30 minutes hours.<\/p>\n
\nadding up to a total of approximately 12,700 meters for the long race and 6,000
\napprox. meters for the short race.
\nThis year a third distance is added in the Trail modality with a total route of
\n22,000 meters approx.
\nThere will be four refreshment stations at the 22,000 meter distance coinciding with the
\nkilometer points 5, 10, 16 and finish line.
\nThere will be three refreshment stations at the 12,700 meter distance coinciding with the
\nkilometer points 5, 10 and finish line.
\nIn the 6,000-meter race, there will be refreshments only at the finish line.
\nThe hiking march will take place on the same day and at the same time, establishing the
\nsame distance and route proposed for the 12,700 meter race.<\/p>\n
\nvolunteers from the organization at different points along the route. The race will have
\n"popular" character and all persons of legal age may participate, regardless of their
\nsex, nationality or category.<\/p>\n

\nThe timing is carried out by a specialized company, in absolute testing (using a chip).
\nResults and classifications will be the responsibility of the timing company. Any claim
\nmust be made within 15 minutes after the results are published. In any matter
\nor doubt that is not contemplated in these regulations, the organization's criteria will be applied.<\/p>\n
\nand from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Race Information Point (C\/ Camino de Murcia No. 1).
\nTo collect race numbers it is MANDATORY to present the DNI or official document
\nthat proves identity.
\nNO RUNNER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A BIB NUMBER.
\nSECURITY REASONS, since they will not be covered by the insurance of the
\norganization, and therefore, those who do not carry their badge will be removed from the race
\ndorsal in a visible way.
\nThe dorsal cannot be bent, nor can the chip placed on the back of it be manipulated, since
\nOtherwise, the effectiveness of the same may be lost, being responsible, in this
\ncase, the runner himself did not read the timing system.<\/p>\n
\nYou must carry it throughout the entire route, otherwise it may be considered external to the
\norganizational coverage of the event.<\/p>\n
\nlocated in the starting area. It will be governed by the bib number of each runner.

\nwill be held at the end of the race in the area designated for this purpose by the organization, and\/or send a
\nauthorized representative in delegation.<\/p>\n
\nThe organization recommends that all those who undergo a medical check-up and\/or stress test
\npeople who have not run a test of similar characteristics before or have
\na prolonged period of time without physical exercise.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 Not completing the entire route on foot through the location marked by the organization.
\n\u2013 Do not pass through the exit control or any other controls marked along the route.
\n\u2013 Spending more than 2 hours on a 6k race and 13k or more than 3 hours on the 22k trail.
\n\u2013 Failure to follow the instructions of the judges, the organization, or security personnel.
\n\u2013 Not wearing the number on the front of the shirt in a clearly visible place.
\n\u2013 Receive external help.
\n\u2013 Not carrying the chip (or equivalent system) in the indicated place.
\n\u2013 Participating with another runner\u2019s bib.
\n\u2013 Participating with a bib not authorized by the Organization.
\n\u2013 Littering in the environment.
\nSpecific for the Trail Race:
\n-Do not carry a refillable bottle as required.
\n-Do not carry a front light.
\nParticipants are not authorized to run accompanied by pets or other
\npeople outside the competition, especially minors, for security reasons,
\nThey could be disqualified for this reason, and would not appear in the final classification nor could they
\naccess any of the prizes or gifts awarded by the organization.<\/p>\n
\nsports and will be covered against possible accidents that may occur such as
\nas a consequence of career development, and never as a result of a disease or defect
\nlatent, injury, imprudence, negligence, non-compliance with the laws and the articles of the
\nRegulations, instructions from the organization, etc., nor those produced during trips to the
\nand from the place where the race takes place.
\nIMPORTANT: In case of accident, the situation must be reported to any member of the team.
\nthe organization, and must be attended to in the first instance by the medical services of the
\norganization who will determine the degree of injury and initiate the communication protocol of the
